People with panic disorder may also experience anticipatory anxiety – feeling anxious in anticipation of future panic attacks.

Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD):

SAD is characterized by intense anxiety or fear of social situations, particularly those in which you may be exposed to judgment or embarrassment. People with SAD may avoid social situations altogether or may endure them with great distress.
